COPYRIGHT COLLECTING SOCIETIES CODE OF CONDUCT

Compliance with the Code by participating collecting societies is currently the subject of an independent annual review being conducted by former Federal Court judge, Mr James Burchett QC.

The Code provides for interested parties to be able to make submissions directly to the code reviewer, Mr Burchett, concerning a collecting society’s compliance with the Code. Accordingly, should you wish to make any submissions to Mr Burchett in that regard, please address them in writing to the following address by no later than 31 July 2008.

VISCOPY MEMBERS - ONLINE IMAGE GALLERY

If you're a full member of VISCOPY, we invite you to participate in our online image licensing gallery. You can submit samples of your work to be displayed on our site. Download and complete the Image Gallery Project participation form and return it to us. Then you can submit up to a dozen or more image of work (in electronic format), and we will arrange to have this work uploaded to the gallery site. This service is available to full VISCOPY members only.
